The Kavarian chapter had one last hope and last ditch effort to remain relevant made a plan to make  A time lord clone of the doctor and the master made by the Kavarian chapter altered the DNA for a better weapon than Melody Pond aka River Song just in case they needed a backup. He told her everything and she asked him which one did he want to be more like. He answered a better version of both of them and a more heroic one too. Romana after serving temporarily as Lady president of Gallifrey in Rassilon's stint during the last great time war decided that she wanted nothing to do with her home planet Gallifrey. The Jonizicreyan Union and Gallifrey had an agreement that they share everything. After requesting permission to bring the doctor's wife River Song back as one of their own. Gallifrey and Jonizicrey hammered out a deal with the division as the negotiator. The deal was that Jonizicrey can have River Song as one of their own so long as they left a copy of her for Gallifrey to bring back as one of their own. The division worked out the details of this deal. Jonizicrey can have one only make her a Time Lord called Riverton and Gallifrey can keep her as she is in the copied version in the library with her name as long as a new regeneration cycle is given to her. Romana had applied for citizenship on Jonizicrey and was qualified immediately. She got used to life there and met a Time Lord called Riverto...

Jonizicrey was made by the time lords and time ladies from Gallifrey that decided to leave to make a stronger, better, and more inclusive version of the society they have left. They made connections with societies in their galaxy. Gallifrey was not accepting of the Jonizicreyan Union as their own sovereignty and connections. The Jonizicreyan time lords and time ladies and the Gallifreyan tome lords and time ladies made a deal with the help of Torchwood and circle cascade institute as the negotiators. After the meetings and disclosing all of their organizations to one another then finally they settled everything the All.Time.And.Space.Intervention.Agency and Gallifrey for everyone in the Jonizicrryan Union and on Jonizicrey the Celestial.Intervention.Agency and Division.

The Ruth Doctor has met her future self twice wondering out loud," Why don't I remember my current incarnation in the future? What happens to me after this incarnation?" reflecting on it she came to one conclusion they must have wiped her memories. The Ruth doctor then decided to look into this and what they had planned. After the events of miracle day the man who had transfused Captain Jack Harkness's blood and found out what that had meant then he decided to create a new organization. He didn't know what to call it so he made up a name The Circle. Cascade. Institute. He put it under a college in New Jersey City and are part of everything. They found out about The Jacksoner and the Jonizicreyan time lords and time ladies along with their connections to Gallifrey along with the Jonizicreyan union. Run by Rex the African American who is now technically Captain Jack Harkness's son. The circle cascade institute works sometimes with Torchwood in the UK run by his technical dad Jack Harkness.

A recently made universe made by The Bad Wolf called The Bad Wolf universe. The Doctor and Rose Tyler are married and have kids. All of the family and friends on Earth and Gallifrey and on the hybrid planet Waerocrey run the Wolf Union. They help people across the universe and save civilizations, solve problems,  and show people there is a better way of living there lives. Tecteun found out about this universe and decided to monitor it and she loved what she saw.

Jenny and Jones Smith the kids of Martha and Mickey Smith now having raised them together saw them graduate from school. Jenny and Jones Smith joined U.N.I.T as scientific officers and field agents. They already know the doctor's number and have called the Doctor a few times having him help out. They met the Doctor in his first woman incarnation the doctor knew of and they traveled with her and Yaz for a little bit. 

After regenerating from old age fighting in the time war The Doctor had looked for any specific survivors. Unknown to him they had chameleon arched themselves making him unable to sense them. The ninth doctor said to himself," I knew there was no one left." the tardis made some noises and the doctor replied," Yeah I suppose your right old girl." the tardis made some more noises, and The doctor said," alight so same as always you and me seeing the universe?" the tardis made a new sonic screwdriver for him and made more noises and the doctor replied gleefully," thank you old girl, I like it." then he piloted the tardis to a vacation planet.

Division after the Doctor's memory wipe found problems with big implications. They made new connections with many universes and agencies like theirs. All helping each other to maintain each other's universes. Making new universes with the material they exchanged with one another. Then the time war began and in other universes similar events of that type occurred each of them helping the other. Division tried to work things out and Tecteun remembered life with her adopted daughter now with no memory of their times together. She then decided to have a look at her daughter The doctor now a man after they made her a boy and imposed the limit on her now him to learn how he is doing and to take notes.

The 10th Doctor was visiting Grace Holloway on his regeneration tour he decided this time he would see this relationship through. Grace Holloway with her new Time Lady abilities from the last time they met recognized him and The Doctor said," Grace, you once asked me if I would go with you, it's time I finally give you an answer." Grace already knew what he was about to say so she smiled as if to say go on. The Doctor continued," Yes, I will this once see it through." Grace was happy and for a few years they had a full life together even raising a kid of theirs named Joseph Adric Smith. Now Joseph is an adult and knows both Earth's  and Gallifrey's sciences and histories getting a job in a Kentucky town called Owingesvile as an investigative journalist doing the work his father did and knowing his father by now had regenerated, he has a sonic Screwdriver that he built using pale copper, a piece of a space ship from his first time defending Earth from the...

The Rani had left Gallifrey near the end of the time war suddenly she had an idea cybermen and Daleks separate as two different species thinking about that she began an experiment splicing Dalek and Cybermen technology and Skaro DNA and Mondasian DNA and a little Time Lord technology. Seeing it be a success she prepped a planet for the creation.of these new specimens on the planet Zyroc. Once all had been done with this she named them Jyrec's. Her creation had been her downfall as they had shot her. She then took off in her tardis and regenerated making a call to someone she was  estranged to her first husband the doctor.
